Abstract

In my discussion I applicate a theory on power of the French philosopher, Michel Foucault. After the reconstruction of the old bridge between Štúrovo (Slovakia) and Esztergom (Hungary) a numeroul forms of the cooperation have been initiated among different participants on both sides of the Danube. By launching a networkbuilding modelprogram our purpose is to multiply these connections, to make the border symbolic and so to fund a new communication system between two nations. In the realisation process our aims we use different levels of power just as cathalisators. After establishing new forms of cooperation we terminate the activity of the "observing look" i.e. the power. In multiplying the forms of "local discourses" we aim at establishing the region of freedom.
